Job Description

Job Purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to ensure development and management of the company's business in the HORECA Segment (offline). This will ensure sustained sales of the companys products, and achievement of the targeted market share in this segment. The incumbent in this role will be responsible for achieving targeted volume and gross margin from the offline HORECA segment in the South India Region, including but not limited to Karnataka and Hyderabad.

Principal Accountabilities:

  • Sales volume (litres) & value (Rs lakhs)
  • Sales Team Development and rigour
  • Distributor set-up & success
  • New geographies open in the region
  • New product launch/market - GTM & success
  • Coverage & account penetration (Nos)
  • Flavours per account
  • Outstanding (No of Days)

Qualification & Experience:

  • Relevant experience selling to HORECA institutions and handling distributors
  • Concept selling hustler - understanding where the gap in clients business is, and rightly fitting a solution from Swa will be a game changer.
  • Has a strong sense of ownership, and is obsessed with delighting customers, and showing results. Has to have

    an entrepreneurial spirit.

  • He/She will be the face of the Brand in the South

Key Deliverables:

  • Concept Selling primarily for Institutional Sales - HORECA - restobars, cafes and restaurants.
  • Set up distributors in the Region.
  • Identify opportunities and help build a robust pipeline, keeping in view the agreed upon business strategy.
  • Religiously follow processes of reviews, update CRM and send reports. Achieve the sales targets set for the region - mutually agreed upon.
  • Manage trade promotions and marketing aligned activities, if any.
  • Maintain and nurture relationships for long term associations by finding innovative solutions to clients beverage requirements.
  • Create liaisons with the Mixology, F&B consultants, hospitality world... to really push the buck. We want to constantly co-create with them.
  • Help build insight through constant feedback so product and marketing level iterations can happen.
