Job Description

As an Area Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing a comprehensive branding strategy for dhotis and shirts. Your key responsibilities will include ensuring brand consistency across all advertising platforms, identifying market trends, and consumer behavior to align product offerings and messaging. You will be responsible for planning and executing creative advertising campaigns across various media channels, collaborating with the creative team to design engaging ad content, and monitoring campaign performance to make data-driven adjustments for optimal results. Conducting market research to understand customer preferences, competitors, and market gaps will be essential in developing targeted advertisements and promotions that appeal to the right audience. Collaboration with sales, design, and product teams to align branding and advertising with product launches and collections will be a key aspect of your role. Managing relationships with advertising agencies, influencers, and media partners will also be part of your responsibilities. You will be responsible for developing and managing the advertising budget to ensure cost-effective and high-impact campaigns, tracking ROI on advertising spend, and optimizing for maximum impact. Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising efforts and providing regular reports on KPIs, including brand awareness, engagement, and conversion rates, will be crucial for success. Increasing brand awareness, driving consumer preference, and positioning the brand as a fashion leader will be key objectives to highlight the uniqueness of dhotis and shirts through storytelling. To qualify for this role, you should have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (MBA is a plus) with at least 4+ years of experience in branding, advertising, or marketing, preferably in fashion or retail. Strong understanding of branding principles, consumer psychology, and a proven track record in developing successful advertising campaigns are essential. Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, proficiency in digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and analytics software, as well as creativity and a passion for fashion with an eye for trends are desired qualities. Key Skills required for this position include Branding & Positioning, Advertising Campaigns, Market Research & Consumer Insights, Digital Marketing, Social Media Strategy, Budget Management & ROI Analysis, and Strong Communication & Team Collaboration. This is a full-time, permanent position offering benefits such as health insurance, leave encashment, and provident fund, with a day shift schedule, performance bonus, and yearly bonus. The preferred education level is a Bachelor's degree, and preferred experience includes 5 years in account management, 1 year in total work, sales, and management. The work location is in person.,
