Job Description

As a Regional Sales Manager at Bio-Techne, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and profitability in the South region. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Developing a deep understanding of the product, market, customer, and distribution channels in the territory. This involves analyzing market trends, identifying potential customers, and understanding the competitive landscape. - Creating a territory plan with specific goals and objectives for growth, including tactics for strengthening relationships with current customers and acquiring new ones. - Communicating key company messages, educating new and existing customers about product benefits, and delivering effective presentations to promote products. - Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with distributors, serving as their point of contact for pre-sales and post-sales support. - Monitoring the territory budget and providing regular reports on budget activity to management. - Providing necessary field reports on sales activity, customer feedback, and market trends in a timely manner.
