Role & Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Own and achieve disbursement and revenue targets for the region.
  • Drive acquisition of customers seeking business loans with ticket sizes around 150 lakhs.
  • Identify and develop new geographies and business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams for lead generation and enhancing brand visibility in the region.

Team Leadership & Management

  • Hire, train, and manage a team comprising Area Sales Managers, Sales Officers, and Relationship Managers.
  • Monitor performance metrics and guide the team to meet monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Conduct regular training and knowledge-sharing sessions to boost team productivity.

Channel Partner Management

  • Ensure partners comply with regulatory requirements including KYC norms.
  • Conduct periodic reviews with channel partners to assess productivity and alignment with business goals.
