Job Title: Regional Sales Manager

Role Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales activities in Andhra Pradesh. The role involves managing sales operations, developing and executing sales strategies, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This is a hands-on role where the candidate will initially manage independently and later lead a team. This position is ideal for individuals from the marble, air conditioning, architecture, or interior design sales sectors, though candidates from other industries with relevant experience are also welcome.
Key Responsibilities:
● Oversee sales operations and drive business growth in the assigned regions.● Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed targets.● Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and partners.● Collaborate with the marketing team to generate leads and run promotional activities.● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.● Prepare and present regular sales reports and insights to the management team.● Recruit, train, and manage a sales team as the business grows.
Qualifications:
● Experience: 3 to 7 years in Sales, Business Development, or Client Relationship Management.
● Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.● Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.● Familiarity with home automation products is an advantage but not mandatory.● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.● Knowledge of Oriya language is essential to cater to local markets.● Previous experience in the automation industry or related sectors is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
● Adaptability to dynamic business environments.● Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.● Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support sales growth.
Compensation & Benefits:
● Salary: Up to ₹7 LPA (inclusive of incentives).● Incentives:○ 2% on sales (e.g., ₹6 Lakhs for achieving ₹3 Crore target).
○ 1% incentive for achieving sales of ₹1 Crore or more but below the target.
● Perks:
○ Two-wheeler is mandatory, with a travel allowance of ₹5 per km.
○ Laptop will be provided.
