Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated FMCG Manager with expertise in B2B sales to join our team. As the FMCG Manager, you will be responsible for the development and growth of the business-to-business (B2B) sector within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining a robust pipeline of B2B sales opportunities, actively pursuing new business leads, collaborating with the product development team to introduce new FMCG products tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients, conducting sales meetings and presentations to showcase FMCG products, and negotiating contracts with B2B clients. Additionally, you will be expected to monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential threats and opportunities in the B2B FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as an FMCG Manager or in a similar B2B sales role within the FMCG industry. You should possess strong knowledge of B2B sales strategies, market dynamics, and customer behavior in the FMCG sector. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the B2B sector. A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth in the B2B FMCG sector is highly desirable. The role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced sales environment. Candidates with a laptop, preferably located near Navi Mumbai, are preferred for this full-time position. The work schedule is during the day shift, with a performance bonus structure in place.
