This role will be responsible for generating sales lead business development for Maharashtra and South region , ensuring the achievement of sales targets, and maintaining strong customer relationships.

• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth

• Understanding of industry standards and regulations

• Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders

• Analytical mindset, with the ability to analyse market data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions

• Negotiation and persuasive skills

• Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools

• Ability to obtain and share the Market Intelligence to better the company's chances to secure the order with better commercials

• Ability to Identify projects, must wins (Project /MRO), Ability to drive the must win cases to their logical ends

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals

• Conduct market research to identify and capitalize on emerging trends and opportunities to increase customer base

• Contribute towards improving sales processes with focus on customer centricity

• Negotiate and close sales deals while adhering to company policies and procedures

• Provide exceptional customer service and support before, during, and after sales processes
