Job Description


We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the banking industry. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 8 years of experience driving retail loan products and developing robust business models. Roles and Responsibility
  • Drive retail loan product growth by creating a pipeline of potential clients and developing a robust business model.
  • Prospect for new clients and convert them into increased business through cold calling and networking.
  • Identify and build relationships with new clients, setting up meetings with decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop proposals that meet clients'' needs, concerns, and objectives.
  • Participate in pricing solutions and handle objections by clarifying agreements and working towards positive resolutions.
  • Present new products and services, enhance existing relationships, and work with technical staff to meet customer needs.
  • Actively arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs, attend industry functions, and provide feedback on market and creative trends.
  • Present to and consult with mid and senior-level management on business trends to develop new services, products, and distribution channels.
  • Use market knowledge and competitors to identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels, and develop the company''s unique selling propositions and differentiators to maximize sales.
  • Submit weekly progress reports and ensure accurate data entry and management within the company''s CRM or other sales management system.
  • Forecast sales targets and track/record account activity while helping to close deals to meet targets.
  • Partner with the marketing team to ensure timely fulfillment of prerequisites like prequalification or vendor list membership.
  • Lead and supervise the team to facilitate best-in-class business development training and maximize the company''s performance by identifying and understanding its people and capabilities.

  • Post Graduate or Graduate in any discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activity.
  • Experience in managing sales teams and driving business growth.
