Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads in local hospitals and diagnostic centers.
  • Develop and lead sales strategy for the Medical Display business unit.
  • Engage and collaborate with dealers and distributors of medical cameras, endoscopy systems, and other imaging equipment to promote integrated solutions.
  • Identify and develop new channel partners within the medical imaging and surgical camera ecosystem.
  • Conduct site visits, demos, and product presentations.
  • Represent Highness at industry exhibitions, CMEs, trade shows, and partner forums.
  • Coordinate with camera brands and vendors for bundled offerings and project-based sales.
  • Maintain market intelligence on competitor display-camera combinations and propose strategic offerings.
  • Provide structured market feedback to R&D, product, and operations teams for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure strong post-sales support coordination with technical and service teams to build long-term client trust.
  • Conduct daily follow-ups and sales reporting to seniors.
  • Coordinate with the application team and logistics for delivery and installation.

Candidate Profile

  • 0–4 years of experience in

    medical equipment or surgical device sales

    .
  • Proven success in selling products such as

    endoscopy systems, surgical displays, monitors, scopes, or cameras

    .
  • Knowledge of OT/ICU environments and display solutions is an advantage.
  • Educational background in

    Electronics, Biomedical Engineering, or a related technical field

    .
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
  • Willingness to travel extensively for client visits, OT demos, and partner meetings.
