We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Support Executive . Position: Customer Service Support Executive Key Responsibilities: Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner Provide accurate information about products, services, and order status Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues effectively Maintain customer records and update databases with relevant information Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback Assist in preparing reports related to customer interactions and service trends Requirements: Proven experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Knowledge of CRM systems will be an added advantage Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹10,519.23 - ₹18,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Airoli, Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred) Language: English (Required) Hindi (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/02/2025
