CSR (Customer Service Representative)

We are seeking a highly motivated, articulate, and organized Female CSR Engagement and Relationship Specialist to drive our corporate outreach initiatives. The ideal candidate will be a proactive self-starter with excellent communication and organizational skills, comfortable with both data management and face-to-face corporate meetings. Focuses on being the primary point of contact for customers, handling inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services.

1. Corporate Outreach and Relationship Building

Identify and approach target corporate entities to introduce our mission and discuss potential CSR partnerships. Initiate contact via email, phone calls, and professional networking platforms to schedule initial meetings. Conduct in-person meetings and presentations, corporate offices to effectively communicate our value proposition and collaboration opportunities.

2. Data Management and Reporting

Maintain an organized and accurate database of all contacted corporate entities, including contact details, outreach history, discussion notes, and follow-up schedules. Track and report on the progress of corporate engagements, including the number of initial contacts, successful meetings, and conversion status. Ensure timely and consistent follow-up with all prospective partners according to established protocols.

3. Meeting Coordination and Follow-up

Coordinate logistics for all corporate meetings, including scheduling, preparing necessary materials (presentations, proposals, brochures), and confirming attendance. Document outcomes and key action items from all corporate visits and discussions. Systematically execute follow-up plans to nurture relationships and move potential partnerships forward.

Previous experience in corporate sales, business development, fundraising, or relationship management, preferably in the CSR or non-profit sector. Understanding of the Indian Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) landscape and compliance requirements.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
