Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager for the Prime Lap-DSA Channel in Bengaluru, your main responsibility will be to oversee sales activities through direct selling agents (DSAs) and build strong relationships with channel partners to achieve sales objectives. You will need to strategize for territory expansion, manage sales operations, and provide regular updates to the senior management team. Coaching and guiding the sales team, monitoring market trends, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations will also be part of your role.
