Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Regional Sales Manager, located in Delhi & Gurugram. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations in their designated region, achieving sales targets, building client relationships, managing sales teams, and developing strategies for business growth. Daily tasks include identifying new business opportunities, providing exceptional customer service, and contributing to the company's overall sales objectives.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Architectural/Building Material products industry is must

• Hands On Experience in Project Sales

• Experience in Sales Management and Client Relationship Management
• Strong Leadership and Team Management skills
• Excellent Communication and Negotiation skills
• Strategic Thinking and Problem-Solving abilities
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Sales Analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Willingness to travel within the designated region as required
