Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership:

  Lead, motivate, and develop a team of Group Insurance Sales Professionals to achieve regional sales goals.

• Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with

  Group B2B Health Insurance broking partners

  and institutional clients.

• Business Development:

  Identify new market opportunities and design effective sales strategies to expand business presence and profitability.

• Performance Monitoring:

  Track and analyze sales performance, market trends, and ensure adherence to profitability and growth norms.

• Coaching & Development:

  Mentor and groom team members to enhance their performance and prepare them for future leadership roles.

• Compliance:

  Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, company policies, and ethical standards in business operations.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  
• 8–12 years of experience in

  B2B / Institutional Sales
