Job Title:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Regional Sales Manager with solid experience in the Structured Cabling OEM industry. The candidate must have strong market knowledge, proven relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, IT Managers, and Data Center Specialists, and the ability to generate business immediately.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share goals.
• Build and nurture relationships with System Integrators, Consultants, Distributors, and End Customers.
• Identify and convert new business opportunities in enterprise, data center, and smart building projects.
• Drive brand visibility and positioning against competitors.
• Collaborate with marketing and technical teams for product demos, presentations, and customer engagements.
• Track competitor activity and market trends to refine sales strategies.
• Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates to management.

• Education:

  BE (Electronics/Telecom/Electrical/IT). MBA preferred.

• Experience:

  3–5 years in the

  Structured Cabling OEM industry

  .
• Strong knowledge of LAN, Data Center, and Passive Cabling solutions.
• Must have established

  relationships with System Integrators (LSIs/MSIs) and Consultants

  .
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of delivering results independently.
