We are expanding our presence in Mumbai and looking for a dynamic professional to drive growth in this region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business targets in the Mumbai region.
  • Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with

    System Integrators (SI), Data Centers, Large System Integrators (LSI), Master System Integrators (MSI), and end customers

    .
  • Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into long-term customers.
  • Work closely with consultants, IT managers, and decision-makers to position Genius Network as a trusted structured cabling OEM partner.
  • Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations for key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for pricing, proposals, and solution design to meet customer requirements.
  • Stay updated with competitor offerings, market trends, and upcoming projects in the structured cabling and data center ecosystem.
  • Achieve assigned sales revenue and growth targets while maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Requirements

  • Experience:

    4–7 years in the

    Structured Cabling / Networking Solutions industry

    .
  • Network:

    Strong existing connections with

    System Integrators, Data Centers, LSI, MSI, and End Customers in the Mumbai region

    (mandatory).
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong understanding of

    structured cabling, passive networking solutions, and data center infrastructure

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field preferred.
