Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Responsible to manage sales of the companys products and services within a defined geographic area & achieving the assigned sales revenues.
  • Ensures consistent, profitable growth in sales revenues

Key Job Responsibility

  • Performs sales activities on major accounts and negotiates sales price and discounts in consultation with Business Manager.
  • Identifying the potential customers to understand requirements & Providing product, technical and engineering information.
  • Establish new Customers by identifying potential customers; planning and organizing sales call schedule.
  • Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly, and monthly Sales revenues.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Qualification

  • BE Electrical or Electronics Preferred/ Any Graduate
  • Strong communication, listening and presentation skills.
  • Relevant experience in technical product configuration or technology related experience

Experience

  • Minimum 6-7 years of experience into Sales of UPS/SOLAR Inverter /Battery Charger related Product /solution with Proven success in sales ability and demonstrable full knowledge of the sales process.
  • Confident negotiator and ability to close the deal’
  • Capable of hands-on problem solving, with ability to generate ideas and solutions
  • Must be a Team player and adaptive to the competitive market environment.
  • Fully aware of the contemporary, evolving technologies in Industry.
  • Strong communication & Interpersonal skills in all forms including written, oral, email, telephone, and presentation
  • Shall be assertive and persuasive
