Position : Recruitment Specialist 05 (Female Only). Experience : 1 3 Years (NON-IT recruitment consultancy experience is preferred). Qualification : Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management/Business Administration. Languages : Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Salary : As per Industry Standards Experience. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment Talent Acquisition Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and job descriptions. Organize engagement activities, team-building sessions, and internal communication. Conduct employee surveys, grievance handling, and feedback sessions. Training and Development Induction programs for new joiners. Organize soft skills training (time management, teamwork). Conduct wellness sessions (yoga, stress management, mental health). Coordinate leadership and behavioral training for team leads. Encourage knowledge-sharing and cross-functional learning. Collect training feedback and track effectiveness.
