Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals, driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by providing personalized solutions and exceptional customer service.
  • Prospecting & Lead Generation:Proactively identify and qualify potential clients through various channels, including networking, cold calls, and attending industry events.
  • Sales Presentations & Proposals:Conduct site visits, present the benefits of solar products, and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiation & Closing:Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts with customers to close sales deals and secure long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Target Achievement:Consistently meet or exceed established sales quotas and targets.
  • Industry Expertise:Maintain deep knowledge of solar products, technologies, industry trends, and competitors to effectively advise clients.
  • Internal Collaboration:Work closely with internal departments, such as engineering, project management, and marketing, to ensure sales strategies align with broader company objectives.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience:Several years of proven sales experience, with a significant portion of that in the solar or renewable energy sector.
  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Technical Knowledge:Strong understanding of solar PV system design principles, electrical systems, and relevant building codes.
  • Soft Skills:Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Proficiency:Proficiency with CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales activities, along with MS Office.
  • Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
