Regional Sales Manager

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and leading regional sales operations from the office, with a focus on B2C client acquisition and retention. Your role will involve mentoring and managing high-performing regional sales teams to ensure the achievement of targets and operational excellence. You will also be required to cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the steel and construction sectors, such as builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee and lead regional sales operations, focusing on B2C client acquisition and retention. - Mentor and manage high-performing regional sales teams to ensure the achievement of targets and operational excellence. - Cultivate strong relationships with builders, contractors, project managers, and dealers within the steel and construction sectors. - Monitor team KPIs, conduct performance reviews, and provide actionable coaching and feedback. - Communicate effectively with stakeholders in both English and the local/native language. - Coordinate closely with logistics, technology, and support teams for efficient order execution and customer satisfaction. - Prepare and deliver detailed sales forecasts, reports, and market insights to senior management. - Develop and implement region-specific sales strategies aligned with organizational goals. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 9+ years of proven experience in offline or office-based B2B/B2C sales, preferably in steel, construction materials, or industrial sectors. - Fluency in English and the native language. - Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in driving regional business operations. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. - Proficiency in CRM systems, data analytics, and sales reporting tools.,
