Job Title: Regional Sales Manager – Calyx London (Nail Cosmetics Division)

Location: Gujarat, India

Salary: (Rs. 5.50 lac and above) No bar for right candidate

Job Summary:

The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing sales operations for Calyx London within the assigned region. The role involves expanding distribution networks, driving revenue growth, managing key salon and retail accounts, and leading a high-performing sales team to establish Calyx London as a leading professional nail brand in India.


Key Responsibilities:

• Achieve sales, distribution, and market share targets for Calyx London products in the assigned territory.

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with national objectives.

• Build and strengthen distributor, retailer, and salon networks.

• Build, recruit, train, and manage a high-performing regional sales team to ensure consistent sales growth.

• Identify and onboard new business partners, including salons, academies, and cosmetic retailers.

• Manage, train, and motivate the regional sales team to ensure consistent performance and productivity.

• Conduct market research to track competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences.

• Plan and execute regional marketing and promotional activities in coordination with the marketing team.

• Ensure brand visibility, merchandising standards, and product availability across all sales channels.

• Prepare regional sales reports, forecasts, and business reviews for management.

• Maintain alignment with company policies, pricing structures, and operational processes.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).

• Minimum 2-3 years of sales experience in cosmetics, beauty with at least 1 years in a regional leadership role.

• Experience in nail or professional salon product sales is highly desirable.

• Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing distributor relationships.
