Job Description

Position Overview

The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting, selling, and building awareness for the company’s professional nail products among salons, beauty parlours, retailers, academies, and distributors. This role requires product knowledge, relationship-building skills, and the ability to meet sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Development

  • Actively promote nail products (gel polish, acrylics, tools, accessories) to professional clients and retail outlets.
  • Identify and approach new potential customers through field visits, phone calls, and social media outreach.
  • Demonstrate products, explain benefits, and provide samples or trial kits.
  • Upsell and cross-sell related products to increase average order value.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints quickly and professionally.
  • Collect customer feedback and report to the Senior.

Target Achievement

  • Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Monitor competitor activities and suggest strategies to maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting & Coordination

  • Maintain a daily sales activity log (visits, calls, meetings).
  • Coordinate with warehouse/logistics to ensure timely product delivery.
  • Share market insights, trends, and customer needs with the marketing team.

Skills & Qualifications

Essential:

  • 0–2 years of sales experience (freshers with beauty industry knowledge are welcome).
  • Excellent communication skills in English and local language.
  • Presentable, confident, and self-driven.
  • Basic knowledge of nail products (or willingness to learn through training).
  • Ability to travel locally for client visits.

Desirable:

  • Experience in the beauty/cosmetics industry.
  • Understanding of salon operations and professional product usage.
  • Social media awareness for promoting products.

  • Sales revenue achievement vs. target.
  • New client acquisition numbers.
  • Repeat order rate from existing clients.
  • Customer satisfaction ratings.
  • Market coverage (number of visits, calls, and demos done).
