Business Development for Construction & In-Service Verification Business Lines (EIA, Geotech, Design Review, QA/QC, NDT-RR, HSE Audits & Training).
Generate leads, identify clients, and manage tendering & bidding process.
Prepare and submit EOIs, pre-qualification documents, offers & bids.
Achieve sales, revenue & profitability targets.
Ensure compliance with BV HSE standards & legal requirements.
Build strong client relationships retention & growth.
Collaborate with Product & BD Managers across regions.
10 - 17 years of experience in Sales / Business Development (B2B, Engineering, Certification, Construction, or similar industry).
Strong understanding of tenders, bids, and contract management.
Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
Knowledge of Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) compliance.
