Reporting to the Head of Product, the ideal candidate will collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and business teams to build user-centric solutions that align with company goals.Key Responsibilities:Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business objectivesWork closely with engineers, designers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality productsPrioritize features based on user needs, business goals, and technical feasibilityConduct market research, competitor analysis, and user feedback to inform decision-makingManage the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and continuous improvementTrack key performance indicators (KPIs) and leverage data analytics for product optimizationEnsure timely execution of product releases while maintaining quality standardsAct as a bridge between business and technical teams, translating requirements into actionable development tasksReport product progress, challenges, and recommendations to the Head of ProductRequirements:5-6 years of experience in product management, preferably in a SaaS, Health tech, e-commerce, or technology-driven companyStrong understanding of Agile methodologies, software development life cycle (SDLC), and UX/UI principlesProficiency in data-driven decision-making and experience with tools like Google Analytics.Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skillsExperience with wireframing, prototyping, and product documentation tools (e.g., Figma, Jira, Confluence)Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with strong problem-solving skillsRole & responsibilities
