Key Responsibilities: Clinical Leadership: Oversee the development and implementation of psychological care protocols within our technology platform. Lead, monitor and mentor a team of psychologists and mental health professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Collaborate with technology experts to ensure the platforms algorithms align with clinical best practices and ethical standards. Product Development: Provide clinical insights and expertise in the design and technology refinement used for mental health assessments, monitoring, and interventions. Work with the sales / product team to create user-friendly, clinically sound, and effective digital mental health tools for corporate clients. Client Engagement: Serve as a key clinical liaison with corporate clients, providing expert guidance on mental health strategies and the utilization of our platform. Design and deliver educational programs and workshops to corporate clients on mental health topics, promoting mental well-being in the workplace. Quality Assurance: Ensure the platform delivers high-quality, personalized mental health care that meets or exceeds industry standards. Regularly review and update clinical protocols based on the latest research and client feedback. Research & Development: Stay abreast of the latest developments in psychology, AI, and ML as they relate to mental health. Qualifications: Education: Degree / PG in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7-9 years of clinical experience. Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs within a corporate or B2B environment is highly desirable. Skills & Competencies: Team management. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams. Deep understanding of evidence-based psychological practices and their application in digital health tools. Ability to translate clinical expertise into actionable insights for product development.

India is at the cusp of recognizing mental health as a disease and is taking strides to eradicate the taboo surrounding it. We wish to use AI enabled tech solutions to help ~ 12 Mn. corporate employees in India to navigate through the frequent lifestyle related stresses to improve work-life productivity. We intend to work closely with the top ~50k corporates in India and subsequently unlock global markets through innovative, curated, tech driven solutions. The end goal is to create a comprehensive ecosystem for mental health and wellness by partnering with healthcare providers, technology specialists and community organizations. Position Synopsis: The organization operates in an industry which is at a relatively nascent stage. There-in lies the opportunity and challenge alike. As a member of the core team, you will not only help identify and unlock opportunities but also be a strong advocate of normalizing mental health related issues. The role is a pivotal one which would involve strong value articulation with key decision makers and C-suite executives. You will help implement sales strategies and drive revenue in alignment with the companys goals and objectives. Key Responsibilities: Revenue growth: Identify and translate market opportunities and challenges into a well-defined strategy that will accelerate the growth of Shyro in India Lead growth across regions by developing a strong pipeline through engagement with key decision makers Build curated solutions for clients by proposing win-win solutions Become a thought-leader and exhibit confidence in presenting Shyro to C-suite executives Strategic partnerships: Build long-term relationships with organizations by embedding Shyros proposition in line with their employee wellness programs Drive product adoption and growth as well as provide on-going education about developments in the mental health space, especially those that leverage emerging technologies Act as CEO of the partnership - Unlock revenue and value through understanding the clients needs and business priorities Client Acquisition: Identify organizations and map key decision makers across organizations Establish strong value proposition with potential clients Draft, design and negotiate commercials enforced through legal contracts Client Management: Implement and execute the specifics of the agreed upon agreement Maintain strong relationships with clients while seeking out opportunities to upsell and cross sell Adopt a customer-centric approach to elevate customer satisfaction and retain them Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence business growth through strategic partnerships efforts both in the short-term and long-term.
