Senior Psychologist

Key Responsibilities:

• Clinical Leadership:

• Oversee the development and implementation of psychological care protocols within our technology platform.
• Lead, monitor and mentor a team of psychologists and mental health professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
• Collaborate with technology experts to ensure the platforms algorithms align with clinical best practices and ethical standards.

• Product Development:

• Provide clinical insights and expertise in the design and technology refinement used for mental health assessments, monitoring, and interventions.
• Work with the sales / product team to create user-friendly, clinically sound, and effective digital mental health tools for corporate clients.

• Client Engagement:

• Serve as a key clinical liaison with corporate clients, providing expert guidance on mental health strategies and the utilization of our platform.
• Design and deliver educational programs and workshops to corporate clients on mental health topics, promoting mental well-being in the workplace.

• Quality Assurance:

• Ensure the platform delivers high-quality, personalized mental health care that meets or exceeds industry standards.
• Regularly review and update clinical protocols based on the latest research and client feedback.

Research & Development:

• Stay abreast of the latest developments in psychology, AI, and ML as they relate to mental health.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Degree / PG in Clinical Psychology, Counseling Psychology, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 7-9 years of clinical experience.
• Experience in developing and implementing mental health programs within a corporate or B2B environment is highly desirable.

• Skills & Competencies:

• Team management.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of evidence-based psychological practices and their application in digital health tools.
• Ability to translate clinical expertise into actionable insights for product development.
