We are a B2B health-tech startup that dares to dream big by bringing about a revolution to the mental health space. India is at the cusp of recognizing mental health as a disease and is taking strides to eradicate the taboo surrounding it. We wish to use AI-enabled tech solutions to help ~ 12 Mn. corporate employees in India to navigate through the frequent lifestyle-related stresses to improve work-life productivity. We intend to work closely with the top ~50k corporates in India and subsequently unlock global markets through innovative, curated, tech-driven solutions. The end goal is to create a comprehensive ecosystem for mental health and wellness by partnering with healthcare providers, technology specialists and community organizations.
The organization operates in an industry that is at a relatively nascent stage. Therein lies the opportunity and challenge alike. As a member of the core team, you will not only help identify and unlock opportunities but also be a strong advocate of normalizing mental health-related issues. The role is a pivotal one, which would involve strong value articulation with key decision makers and C-suite executives. You will help implement sales strategies and drive revenue in alignment with the companys goals and objectives
