Job Description

Role Overview: As a Regional Sales Manager (RSM) at a global brand specializing in adhesives, sealants, waterproofing, repairs, maintenance, and building products formulated with German polymers and technology, you will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within a specific geographic region. Your role will involve managing a team of sales representatives, setting sales targets, developing sales plans, and working towards achieving revenue goals for the region. Your contribution as an RSM is crucial in driving the company's sales strategy and ensuring the success of the sales team. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement regional sales plans and quotas in alignment with business objectives. - Analyze regional market trends and identify new growth opportunities. - Lead, motivate, and support a team of sales representatives. - Identify hiring needs, select, and train new salespeople. - Support Store Managers with day-to-day store operations. - Report on regional sales results and forecast quarterly and annual profits. - Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders. - Address potential problems and suggest prompt solutions. - Suggest new services/products and innovative sales techniques to enhance customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Proven work experience as a Regional Sales Manager, Area Manager, or similar senior sales role. - Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs). - Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software. - Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude. - Excellent communication and leadership skills. - Availability to travel as needed. - Bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field. Additional Details: The role may require frequent travel within the assigned region, and you will often work remotely, managing a team spread across different locations. You will have regular interaction with higher management to align regional goals with overall company objectives.
