Role Description

Sales Leader

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven sales experience with Indian Railways

  (Zones, Divisions, Workshops, Production Units)
• Strong network and understanding of railway procurement systems (GeM, IREPS, Manual)

• Experience in leading and managing a sales team

  across multiple regions
• Track record of achieving sales targets and expanding business footprint in government sector
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and communication skills

• Growth-oriented mindset

  with ability to drive performance and open new opportunities
• Willingness to travel extensively across zones
