About the Role:

We’re looking for a result-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead and grow our business. The ideal candidate should be based in Indore and come with strong FMCG experience—preferably from the Tea or Detergent segment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive regional sales growth and achieve monthly & annual targets

• Manage distributor networks and guide the field sales team

• Expand market reach and improve brand visibility

• Monitor competitor activities and identify new opportunities

• Execute trade promotions and ensure smooth product launches

Candidate Profile:

• 15–20 years of experience in FMCG Sales (Food / Beverage / Household)
• Must be Indore-based
• Prior experience in Tea or Detergent industry will be preferred
• Strong leadership, negotiation & team management skills
