Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Modern Trade & HoReCa Officer

• Managing and growing business relationships with Modern Trade stores and HoReCa clients.
• Ensuring product placement, visibility, and promotions across outlets.
• Coordinating with distributors and partners to ensure availability and timely supply.
• Regular market visits, competitor tracking, and achieving sales targets.
• Contributing to the company’s overall sales growth strategy.

Qualifications

• Graduate/Post Graduate in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 5–10 years of

  FMCG sales experience (Modern Trade & HoReCa handling preferred).

• Strong market network in Indore (local candidate required).

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Self-motivated, analytical, and result-oriented.
