Responsible for regional sales operations and achieving cattle feed sales targets.
Lead, guide, and monitor ASM/SO team for performance and market growth.
Develop distributor network, appoint new dealers, and strengthen market presence.
Conduct market visits for competitor analysis and farmer/distributor engagement.
Ensure timely payment collection, reporting, and coordination with internal departments.
Mandatory: Minimum 5–10 years experience in Cattle Feed / Animal Nutrition industry.
Strong knowledge of cattle nutrition, feed formulations, and rural market demand patterns.
Ability to promote cattle feed products and educate farmers/distributors about product benefits.
