Regional Sales Manager – Professional Hair-care Products Key Responsibilities: 1. Sales & Revenue Growth Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets for the assigned region. Drive product penetration across salons, distributors, and retail partners. Expand market share for professional haircare products. 2. Distributor & Channel Management Appoint, train, and manage distributors and channel partners. Ensure proper stock levels, order planning, and timely replenishment. Monitor distributor performance and resolve operational issues. 3. Salon & Client Relationship Management Build strong relationships with salon owners, stylists, academies, and beauty professionals. Conduct regular salon visits to promote product categories and increase brand visibility. Support product demos, training sessions, and promotional activities.
