Regional Sales Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive regional sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage key accounts in Food & Beverage sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and build strong customer relationships.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with R&D and technical teams to deliver customer-focused solutions.
  • Handle pricing, negotiations, and ensure profitability.
  • Lead and mentor the regional sales team to achieve business goals.

  • Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Food Science (MBA preferred).
    • 4+ years’ experience in ingredients or F&B sales (2+ years in regional/lead role).
    • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing key accounts.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation & leadership skills.
    • Willing to travel across the region.
    • Proficient in CRM tools (Zoho preferred) and MS Office.
