Role & responsibilities Develop and implement strategic internal sales plans tailored for the Indian automotive and garage equipment market. Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing internal sales team to exceed sales targets. Manage B2B accounts with OEMs, dealerships, and garage equipment resellers. Drive CRM implementation and optimize sales pipeline efficiency. Collaborate with marketing, technical support, and operations to ensure seamless pre- and post-sales support. Deliver accurate sales forecasting, KPIs, and monthly performance reports to the senior management team. Maintain deep knowledge of the latest trends in automotive diagnostics, workshop tools, and regulatory standards in India. Key Skills & Requirements Minimum 8-10 years of experience in internal sales leadership within the automotive or garage equipment industry. Strong network and proven sales track record with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, or garage equipment vendors . Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Expertise in CRM platforms and pipeline management. Tech-savvy with understanding of automotive diagnostics, emission testing equipment, lifts, alignment machines, etc. Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, scale-up environment. Bachelors/Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or equivalent (MBA preferred).
