Regional Sales Head

Hi,

We are looking candidate as Regional sales head in Hyderabad location for Boiler manufacturing Client.

Must Have - Product knowledge of Boiler or Heat Exchanger or Compressor or Pressure valves or similer

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy and Planning:

  Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives, including sales targets, market penetration plans, and customer acquisition strategies.

• Business Development:

  Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the region, including new applications, products, and markets.

• Sales Team Leadership:

  Manage, motivate, and guide the regional sales team, providing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure team success.

• Customer Relationship Management:

  Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders, including large corporate and business houses.

• Sales Performance Monitoring:

  Track and analyze sales performance against targets, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.

• Market Analysis and Intelligence:

  Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform sales strategies and product development.

• Financial Management:

  Contribute to the development and management of the regional sales budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and cost management.

• Reporting and Communication:

  Provide regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
