Regional Sales Head

Job Description You will be joining Omnex, a US-based global consulting, training, and software development organization focused on providing strategic system solutions to enhance organizational performance across 32 countries. As a Regional Sales Manager for the North Region, your role will involve driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and solidifying Omnex's presence in the region through your expertise in B2B sales, client relationship management, and strategic execution. Key Responsibilities: - **Strategic Sales Leadership:** Develop and implement strategic plans to surpass revenue targets, drive customer acquisition and retention in the North Region. - **Client Relationship Management:** Foster existing client relationships while actively seeking new business opportunities to ensure high customer satisfaction levels. - **Operational Excellence:** Collaborate with internal teams to align business objectives, deploy consultants effectively, and ensure timely project execution. - **Sales Administration & Reporting:** Maintain accurate sales records, client communications, revenue forecasts, and collections data, providing regular updates to leadership. - **Client Coordination & Execution:** Organize client engagements by scheduling appointments, planning presentations, coordinating consultant schedules, and monitoring project progress. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). - 8+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally within consulting, training, or enterprise services. - Proven track record of leading regional sales teams and achieving revenue targets. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, client-centric environment. - Strong analytical and organizational abilities, with a keen focus on detail and execution.,
