Regional Sales Head

Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Head to lead our sales team and drive business growth. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing the sales team, and achieving revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team
• Set sales targets and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly goals
• Identify new business opportunities and key markets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Analyze sales performance and prepare regular reports
• Coordinate with marketing and management teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Sales Head / Sales Manager
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
• Strategic thinking with a result-oriented mindset
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets

Preferred Qualifications:

• MBA or relevant degree in Sales/Marketing
• Experience as Branch Manager/Head
