Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales Logistics, or a related field; Master Degree in Business Administration in Sales, Marketing is an advantage

Work Experience :

The Ideal Candidate should have :

Leadership and team management experience

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales forecasting tools

Market analysis and competitor intelligence abilities

P&L management and financial acumen

Understanding of digital tools for sales automation and performance tracking
