Job Description

Job Purpose -

The Project Service Manager will report to Regional Service Manager and responsible for providing technical service support to Kohler project teams and project accounts across region. The role will focus on key areas such as Mock-up Installation, Pre/Post Installation guidelines, Executing the service camps, Product selection/technical support & training the installation agency. The Project Services Manager will lead the coordination and interface with cross function, multiple project teams and provide support in implementation of the Kohler standard guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the coordination with project teams and internal functions to develop project-specific assurance plans.
  • Participate in Kickoff meetings along with sales to provide technical specification support to help in product selections
  • Support sale team by engaging & discussing the technical specifications of new product details with Procurement head, design team & MEPs of project account
  • Provide Installation guidance to plumber/plumbing contractor, MEP for error free installation of Kohler Products at project site.
  • Execute the Mock-up installation with the help of project site team & evaluate the quality of workmanship and mentor the site team to avoid any installation errors.
  • Prepare & handover the service docket consists of technical specification, Installation standards, Do’s & Don’ts, Product Warranty & Complaint registration process, Escalation Matrix & Spare manual to Project Manager/MEP/ Plumbing contractor/ Procurement team.
  • Execute Service camps at project accounts to build the market awareness & confidence about Kohler services & product performance.
  • Maintain and drive continuous improvement of Customer Satisfaction & NPS of developers.
  • Maintain the data base of trained project account MEP & site contractor teams for engagement.
  • Engaging with Integrated Facility Management team & train them on maintaining the Kohler Products.
  • Collaborate with quality & plant team based on market feedback for product upgradation & development.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of project service experience, preferably with experience in managing the service operations and technical specifications; experience in the sanitaryware & consumer durable industry is preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering.
  • Skilled with computer applications such as Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel and Outlook and MS Project.
  • Experience in managing small teams in a matrix organization required.
  • Able to work in a fluid, fast-paced environment.
