ob Summary:
The State Partnership Manager plays a critical leadership role in driving Bnkhub's expansion
and success within a specific state. This role involves overseeing a team of District
Partnership Managers (DPMs), developing and implementing partnership strategies,
fostering strong relationships with key stakeholders, and ensuring achievement of statelevel business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic Leadership:
o Develop and execute a comprehensive state-level partnership strategy to expand
Bnkhub's network and reach.
o Set clear goals and objectives for the state partnership team, aligned with overall
company goals.
o Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
• Team Management:
o Lead, mentor, and coach a team of DPMs, providing guidance, support, and
performance feedback.
o Conduct regular team meetings to review progress, address challenges, and share
best practices.
o Ensure effective coordination and collaboration among DPMs across different
districts.
• Performance Management:
o Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for the state, including BSP
acquisition, customer growth, and revenue generation.
o Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team
performance.
o Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to DPMs.
• Partner Relationship Management:
o Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the state, including
government agencies, financial institutions, and community leaders.
o Represent Bnkhub at state-level events and meetings.
o Negotiate partnerships and collaborations to expand Bnkhub's reach and impact.
• Business Development:
o Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the state, including
partnerships with NGOs, microfinance institutions, and other organizations working
in rural development.
o Develop and implement strategies to increase customer acquisition and business
growth across the state.
• Training and Development:
o Provide training and development opportunities for DPMs to enhance their skills and
knowledge.
o Develop and implement training programs for BSPs on Bnkhub's products, services,
and technology.
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on state-level
performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
o Analyze data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges, and make
recommendations for strategic decision-making.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field. MBA
is preferred.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in sales, business development, or partnership
management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience in the banking or financial
services industry and working in rural markets is highly desirable.
• Strong Leadership and Management Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage a
team.
• Strategic Thinking and Planning: Ability to develop and implement effective strategies to
achieve business objectives.
• Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Strong communication in English &
Malayalam/tamil, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• State-Level Market Knowledge: Deep understanding of the state's demographics, culture,
and economic landscape.
• Target-Oriented: Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, identify challenges, and
develop effective solutions.
• Technology Proficiency: Proficient in using computers, mobile devices, and relevant
software applications.
