Strategic Partnership Manager - Tele Calling - Coimbatore

As a Technical Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing assistance to existing Banking Service Partners (BSPs) through inbound calls. Your primary duties will include troubleshooting and resolving issues related to banking software and devices. Additionally, you will be required to make outbound calls to onboard new BSP partners and help in expanding our network. Meeting monthly targets for acquiring new BSPs will be a key part of your role. It is important to maintain accurate records and ensure that customers have a top-notch experience with our services. We are looking for individuals who are either freshers with exceptional communication skills or have 1+ years of experience in telecalling within the banking or financial services industry. A minimum of Higher Secondary education or its equivalent is required for this position. Proficiency in both Tamil and English is mandatory. You should have a basic understanding of using computers, mobile devices, and internet technologies. A strong sales aptitude is essential, along with persuasive abilities, goal-driven mindset, and a focus on building and maintaining relationships. Having a customer service-oriented mindset is crucial, which includes being patient, empathetic, and possessing problem-solving skills.,
