Strategic Partnership Manager - Tele Calling - Coimbatore

You will be responsible for providing technical support to existing Business Service Partners (BSPs) via inbound calls. Additionally, you will assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to banking software and devices. Making outbound calls to onboard new BSP partners and expand the network will also be part of your responsibilities. It will be essential to achieve monthly targets for new BSP acquisitions and maintain records to ensure a top-notch customer experience. Your qualifications should include being a Fresher with excellent communication skills or having 1+ years of telecalling experience in banking/financial services. A Higher Secondary education or equivalent is required. Proficiency in both Tamil and English is mandatory. Moreover, you should have basic technical skills in using computers, mobile devices, and internet technologies. A strong sales aptitude with persuasive, goal-driven, and relationship-focused abilities is necessary. A customer service mindset, characterized by being patient, empathetic, and possessing problem-solving skills, is also important for this role.,
