Job Description

What You’ll Do: ✅ Provide technical support to existing BSPs via inbound calls. ✅ Assist with troubleshooting and issue resolution related to banking software & devices. ✅ Make outbound calls to onboard new BSP partners and expand our network. ✅ Achieve monthly targets for new BSP acquisitions. ✅ Maintain records and ensure top-notch customer experience. What We’re Looking For: 🔹 Freshers with excellent communication skills OR 1+ years of telecalling experience in banking/financial services. 🔹 Higher Secondary education or equivalent. 🔹 Fluent in Tamil & English (Mandatory). 🔹 Basic technical proficiency in using computers, mobile devices & internet technologies. 🔹 Strong sales aptitude – persuasive, goal-driven, and relationship-focused. 🔹 Customer service mindset – patient, empathetic, and problem-solving skills.
