Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

1. HR Administration.

2. Recruitment coordination including Offer letter roll-outs.

3. Joining Formalities & Induction.

4. Attendance Management.

5. Payroll coordination with Corporate HR and Accounts.

6. Office Management and handling operations.

7. Uniform and ID card management.

8. EMC related issues & Travel Management.

9. Employee Engagement coordination i.e., celebration on floor.

10. R&R Celebration coordination.

11. Exposure on Insurance, Medical & Maternity claims processes.

12. Hands on experience in Full & Final Settlement process of employees.

Preferred candidate profile:

1. Female candidate is preferred but not a mandatory.

2. Good experience in handling both HR & Administration rolls.

3. Ready to work on 5 full days and Saturday half day.

4. Willing to work on permanent rolls with the organisation.

5. Good English and Tamil speaking skills.

6. High energy level in coordination with corporate office, regional office and branches.
