Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets and drive new customer growth while ensuring customer retention and repeat purchases.
Maximize clinic utilization by increasing PETs daily and ensuring booking/dispensing standards.
Manage CL trials and follow-up processes; minimize sales returns. Deliver excellent customer experience by following the PET steps and building strong customer relationships.
Coordinate with the workshop for timely, quality deliveries and resolve issues effectively.
Execute marketing activities, support retail projects, and live the company's core values.

Desired Candidate Profile

B.Sc (Optometry) degree from a recognized institution.
0-3 years of experience as an Optometrist.
Strong knowledge of refraction techniques and principles.
Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
