OMPL is a leading manufacturer of premium PVC profiles, dedicated to innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction. With our state-of-the-art manufacturing plant located in Ganaur, Haryana. 

Position: Regional Marketing Manager – South India

Base Location: Karnataka

Experience: Minimum 5 years in marketing of consumer or building material products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand a distribution network across South India — primarily in Karnataka, with strong connectivity and operations in Andhra Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, and Kerala.

• Design and execute strategic marketing plans to enhance brand visibility and regional sales growth.

• Identify and onboard new distributors, channel partners, and institutional clients within the southern market.

• Conduct market research to analyse trends, competitors, and regional opportunities.

• Collaborate closely with the sales and production teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

• Represent the company at regional trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry events.

• Prepare periodic performance and market analysis reports for senior management.

• Travel extensively within South India for business development and distributor management.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing of consumer, building material, or allied products.

• Strong understanding of distribution channels and market dynamics in the southern region.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.

• Strategic thinker with the ability to deliver practical execution.
