Orient Multiproducts Worldwide Ltd , a leading manufacturer of PVC profiles , is searching for a passionate and results-oriented Senior Conical Twin Screw PVC Extrusion Operator to join our high-performing production team. With decades of experience and a commitment to innovation and quality, Orient Worldwide is at the forefront of delivering excellence in the PVC extrusion industry. Key Responsibilities: Operate and monitor conical twin screw extrusion machines with precision. Ensure consistent quality of PVC profile output as per set standards. Perform machine setup, troubleshooting , and minor repairs as required. Monitor parameters like temperature, pressure, torque , and output rate . Optimize material usage and reduce wastage through efficient processing. Maintain daily production records and report any deviations or issues. Coordinate with the quality control team for inspection and feedback. Train and mentor junior operators and help in process improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with safety and operational protocols . Key Requirements: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in operating conical twin screw PVC extrusion machines . In-depth knowledge of formulation, processing parameters , and extrusion tooling. Ability to identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively. Strong understanding of quality standards for PVC profiles. Physically fit and capable of working in a fast-paced factory environment . Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement . Basic knowledge of maintenance procedures and machine calibration.
