Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment

Lead high-volume blue and white collar hiring efforts across the South Zone.
Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Collaborate with department heads to align recruitment with business needs.

Operations

Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple locations.
Implement company policies, ensuring compliance with regional laws.
Monitor performance metrics to improve operational efficiency.

Team Leadership

Lead and mentor a team of recruitment and operations professionals.
Conduct performance reviews and provide regular feedback.

Stakeholder Management

Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
Act as the main contact for recruitment and operational issues in the region.

Qualifications

Experience

10-15 years in recruitment and operations, with significant experience in blue-collar bulk hiring.
Strong understanding of the South Zone market and labor laws.

Skills

Leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in HR management software and MS Office.

Additional Requirements

Willingness to travel within the South Zone.
Fluency in English and a regional language (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu, or Malayalam)
