Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage government liaisoning activities, ensuring effective communication between the company and relevant authorities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, regulators, and other stakeholders to promote business growth.
  • Oversee corporate affairs functions, including policy advocacy, tender management, and regulatory issues.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in the region.
  • Provide strategic guidance on government relations matters to senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 5-10 years of experience in Government Liaison or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of government policies, procedures, and regulations in the power sector.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with government officials at various levels.
  • Ability to analyze complex data sets to inform decision-making on tenders and regulatory issues.
