Conduct research on civil cases and criminal cases relevant to the construction industry. Assist in drafting contracts for various purposes such as procurement of materials or services. Desired Candidate Profile 3-8 years of experience in a similar role within the engineering & construction sector or related field (real estate law). Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) followed by Master's degree in Law (LLM). Strong understanding of Indian Contract Act 1872, Transferable Development Rights (TDR), Floor Space Index (FSI), Development Charges etc. Excellent communication skills with ability to negotiate effectively.
